Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Healing Essence, we strive to offer the best experience for our clients. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Appointments that have not been confirmed by the service provider can be cancelled without any charges.
  • Confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled, but they can be rescheduled (see Rescheduling Policy below).
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • If you need to reschedule, you can postpone your appointment to a later date of your choice, provided you request this at least 30 days before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 30 days of the session will not be accepted.
  1. Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued if the refund request is made more than 30 days after the original payment date.
  • Refund requests made within 30 days of the payment date may be eligible for a refund, subject to processing fees (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  1. Exceptions
  • If an appointment is cancelled by Healing Essence due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Any promotional or discounted services are non-refundable.
